Agile in 5 words or less?

#1

If you had to distill the agile mindset to 5 words or less, what would it be?

#2

I came up with something I use at trainings called the three E’s of agile.

Empathy
Empiricism
Excellence

#3

I can only get to 7:

  • delivery of value, thru trust and ownership

#4

Individuals + interactions > processes/tools.

#5

never quite there

#6

Happy customers safety for #knowledgeworkers

#7

Values, individuals, communication, empathy, safety. a.k.a. VICES

#8

Respect,
Collaboration,
Empowerment,
Trust

Good enough never is.

#10

Simple

#11

I rather like Alistair Cockburn’s Heart of Agile: collaborate - deliver - reflect - improve.

#12

Agile, powered by the empowered

#13

Observation
Feedback
Respond to change

#14

Right thing, right way, right time.

I used 6…I’m a rebel.

#15

Be ready to face change

#16

#18

or 3?

Responds to marketplace?

#19

It says 5 words or less, so 4 does fit in here

#20

I have another one with two words only:

Accept uncertainty
