Agile Practice Director in Philadelphia

We have a client that is looking for an Agile Practice Director. They are waterfall now going to Agile so they are looking for a coach but they want the role to be more of a director level role with direct reports. They will manage SM’s as well as some project teams. Smaller company hence the dual roles. Salary in the 150’s plus bonus. Shoot me a note at mike.reynolds@css-tec.com if interested.
