I’m confused… is this a conference? or a community? or is this a word that translates differently into English than desired…

If i’m following it’s both…it’s an attempt to define a community organized and built using agile as a backstop. Tickets are cheap and airfare isnt bad, but I’m not sure I could learn Swedish in time
