Holocracy = DnD of Management


This might be old, but I just came across and found it fascinating. Goes back to the old “imposing a system on people like they’re resources, not people” problem…


This article seems biased against Holacracy. While I haven’t been part of any Holacracy organization, the idea of it totally aligns with agility. Even the strict parts mentioned in the article seems like gross exaggerations of a typical facilitated discussion. The author’s description of the system just seems very off-base.
