Came across this post and it really got me thinking…imagine using SAFe to plan your organizational design BEFORE embarking on your transformation…hmmm. Or is LeSS the best candidate for this use case? I know you can do this with the Disciplined Agile toolkit (which has it’s basis in optionality), but would SAFe translate?
