That is a hard one, isn’t it? I can’t say I’m the master of it. How do you decide? I know at my previous work, we were still catching up with everyone who ever worked there every month or three. Just go to a pub and play some snooker. I’ve enjoyed that. Is that the right way? Felt pretty natural and fun to me.

It really is easy for what were quite close friendships to languish. What is is the right balance?
