Thanks will listen! I have been at clients where they make the BA (sometimes little experience) the PO - it seems like a different skill set. PO has to keep the team working and be 3-6 months out ahead of BAs. I would prefer to have more or someone with a market research background.
Hi @agileminder Curious to hear what you thought about keep the team working vs getting out ahead of the team? I mentioned in the convo that I think a more mature team may have the tools in place to self-manage the work they have in flight, freeing up the PO to do more customer discovery upstream. Have you seen this?
