A good case for why Agile coaches can benefit from having a professional coach. This is another great topic for an Agile coach to bring to a coaching conversation with their coach.

Having been a scrum master in a couple of environments with Agile coaches I like to ask our coaches when they know it is time for them to move on. The #1 answer is “when the client stops paying me”. I really like the concept of setting an “expiration date” at the beginning of the engagement. If additional coaching is needed a fresh set of eyes would be a big benefit for all.
