I got this in an email chain at work, and had this long winded reply typed out, but I then cut it back and summarized as: “Author is a DBA. They have never liked the idea of “agile” as they want to model every database entirely to the Nth degree in Irwin with little/no changes. Advances in unstructured data and machine learning make that idea obsolete.”
Yet another "agile is dead" article

Maybe we just stop using the following words:
- Agile
- Transformation
- Coaching
And instead, we approach things obliquely… and
Apply the core values and principles…
- Law of small teams
- Law of the customer
- Law of the network
and see what happens…
