Release confidence board from Troy Magennis

Saw this on twitter and thought it would be good to share here via @t_magennis

Simple “Release Confidence” wedge board concept. Allow EVERYONE to move feature post-it’s higher (more confident) or lower (less confident)

It’s main aim is getting at risk items talked about and cut earlier. Put the effort into things higher than risk both.

That’s a great tool for transparency. It’s good to see that the scope is at least somewhat flexible via items not making a release. How often is it between releases? What value could be gained from feedback of more frequent releases? Would be an efficiency win to remove the need for such a board by the removal of long term planning?
